Dear South Park Families,
We hope you are enjoying a relaxing summer break and making memories that will last a lifetime. As the new school year approaches, we want to share some important information regarding the school calendar.
As previously communicated, the South Park School District provided two calendar options for the 2024-2025 school year due to the Building Futures renovation project at our elementary center. This project will add extra classroom space and provide numerous opportunities for our youngest learners. As of now, the project is on schedule, and we plan to use Calendar A, with the first day of school scheduled for August 27. While we are optimistic about meeting our target date, unforeseen circumstances or unpredictable situations could arise, potentially requiring last-minute adjustments to the calendar. We will keep the community informed of any developments that may cause delays.
