South Park Middle School students, faculty and staff will help local veterans stay warm this winter. Students who attended Allegheny County Camp Cadet last summer helped to organize a Sweats for Vets drive over the past several weeks. Nearly 130 sweatshirts were collected at South Park Middle School. The Sweats for Vets drive ensures that every veteran at the Southwest Veterans’ Center in Pittsburgh will receive a new sweatshirt this holiday season.
