The South Park School District launched a new website on Friday, July 1.
The site through SchoolMessenger provides students, parents, staff and the community with news and resources in a much more user-friendly manner.
“Two-way communication is essential for any school district to be successful,” said South Park technology director Richard Platts. “After a nearly yearlong process, I am confident the new sparksd.org connects us with our stakeholders both effectively and creatively.”
Quick-links on the district, South Park Elementary Center, South Park Middle School, and South Park High school webpages allow users to quickly access the most commonly visited South Park School District sites.
The new site is also mobile friendly, allowing users to access information from the South Park School District on their smartphones or tablets.
A South Park School District mobile app will be introduced before the start of the 2016-2017 school year.
