As we near the completion of the first quarter of the 2025-2026 school year, our teachers are preparing to host parent/teacher conferences on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. This year, the South Park School District has implemented a new process for scheduling parent/teacher conferences at the elementary center and high school. Utilizing Google Calendar, parents and guardians are now able to make their appointment directly with our teachers from the South Park School District's website.
Parents/guardians wishing to schedule a conference with an elementary center or high school teacher can access the teacher’s/teachers’ booking page by clicking their name(s) below. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents have the option of scheduling an in-person or virtual conference.
Phone conferences are available by request. Please indicate your preferred conference method when asked during the booking process.
If you select a virtual conference, your child’s teacher(s) will email you the link closer to conference day.
If you select a phone conference, please include the number the teacher(s) should call in your response to the question, “Are there any other concerns you would like to address?”
In the event of a double-booking, your child’s teacher will contact you to reschedule.
Appointment bookings will close on November 3 or when all time slots are taken, whichever comes first.
Our teachers are always willing to discuss your child’s academic progress, and you may contact them at any time during the school year to schedule a meeting.
Parent/teacher conference days are always busy, and our teachers will need to adhere to that day’s schedule. Therefore, conferences cannot go beyond the allotted time.

*South Park Middle School utilizes a different process for scheduling conferences because teachers meet as grade-level teams. Information was shared with families via a personalized electronic letter emailed on Tuesday, October 14.
